To produce video or not to produce video? That is the question.

As a Master's candidate in Hofstra University's graduate PR program, I spent the past year investigating the usage of video media content in digital marketing strategy. 


After thorough analyses and research, I've proven the incorporation of video to be key in creating a successful public relations digital marketing campaign on social media. 

Explore my findings through interviews with PR and media professionals, curated sources, and statistical data, as well as resources I've created for PR professionals looking to get started with video media!

About Me.

Nerys Muller is an accomplished filmmaker and writer. She graduated with Latin honors from Hofstra University's Lawrence Herbert School of Communication in New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Video/Television and Film with a minor in public relations. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in PR at the same institution, coupling her affinity for PR with her multimedia and video expertise. 

As a prolific director, videographer, photographer, and editor, Nerys has produced a diverse range of content for the audio and visual entertainment world. In 2021, her love of cinematic storytelling and content creation led her to founding her own production company, Book Two Productions, which provides multimedia commercial, promotional, and independent services to a wide array of clients on the East Coast.

Through her partnerships with creative institutions, Nerys's work has been recognized and featured in Variety Magazine, BroadwayWorld, and GeekzNation. As a female BIPOC creator, Nerys's ultimate goal is to work in promotional and commercial video content creation, continuing to tell impactful stories and inspire others with her work. She is a dedicated professional who brings an unwavering commitment to her craft. Her exceptional creativity, passion for storytelling, and drive to succeed set her apart as a unique and invaluable asset to the media and entertainment industry.
